Our English word "integrity" is derived from the Latin "integer."  It means "whole" or "pure."  It's more than ethics.  Integrity is an inner sense of wholeness that shines through consistent character with honesty and transparency.  At Arx, integrity is more than a buzzword.  We commit to challenge and inspire every team member to live a life that is whole and integrated.

We believe every person was made to create.  We want team members to create new and better ways of serving our shareholders, team members and residents.  Part of the creative process is failing - quickly and sometimes multiple times - before the right solution, product or property is ready to fly.  We take ownership of our effort and failures, and we share credit for our successes. 

At Arx, we believe striving doesn't have to negatively impact other areas of life that are critical to our well-being: family, faith, wellness, personal pursuits and more.  Sure, some seasons require more at work than others, but ultimately bringing our best selves to the Arx mission means we need to give the other areas of our lives appropriate attention, to rest and refuel.
